An Afternoon Stroll

She rolled up her hair as she walked through a garden patch.
Beautiful tresses of black silk were fastened in place by sticks.
The groggy green frog sat there croaking by the road side.
Cutlery unwound to click away on unsuspecting street food.

** An attempt at the Koan style of Chinese poetry

  1. She ate the frog? That was an unexpected twist.

    1. Aah! I was careful about it NOT being a toad (and for enough reason) :P :)

  2. I missed the frog-eating, but thought your words go well with the image. I could see her winding her hair. Lovely.
